I know that the Torah was originally in Hebrew

The Injeel - the old testament was written in Hebrew & the new testament in Koine Greek

yes we have these mentioned in quran
but not in which language
well according to dead sea (qumran)archaeological work there was founded some of scripts it was in Hebrew language
these scripts just tell about the period once were after the Jews and must be b,c.
comes into it that in Jerusalem at that time was used the Latin language and considered the educated pples language
but it is well known that Abraham (father of prophets)peace upon them all was travel ling from one area to another
you know he came from south Iraq,to Jerusalem to bier sabe"a.to egypt.arabia.and in some places mentioned Syria and Iran.for all these trips it was said he needed no translation
meaning the language of that area was so identical
it is the same now to move from moritania.morocco,algeria.lybia,tunis.egypt,saudia,yemen,gulf emerates.iraq.syria.palestine.lebanon. all are talking one language

The scripts given to Abraham were in his mother tongue.

The scripts given to Jesus were in his mother tongue.

The scripts given to Moses and David were in their mother languages.

Since there isnt much evidence of their existence, historians differ in which language they speak.

will it is not mentioned in the Quran ...but maybe like in the first answer......in my opinion there was so connection in the languages in the past, they seem to be from the same origin...try to read some of Hebrew ,Aramic and Arabic , u will find many of the same words with the same meanings with a little change in the acsent...maybe there was many acsents not languages that days.

Arabic...but, what do I know? I'm not Muslim. As for any original text or english translations of these books, you should really look to obtaining hard copies.

Quran doesn't mention languages of these books.
Some of these books are their in OT in corrupted form and we can't distinguish what is right and wrong in these books. We have Quran in accurate for as it was revealed. So, we don't have to do much for this project.

Probably Aramaic or Hebrew

Torah:
Hebrew

Injil:
Aramaic but first recorded in Greek manuscript.

Zabur:
Aramaic.
