The western calendar is used worldwide. The page or the pages of it is written in their own language of course, day, month year. The dates are 1-30 -31. The Chinese use also a lunar calendar, together with the western one so as to coincide dates & events with other countries especially international events.

Saudi Arabia didn't use the sun months but they use another calendar depend on moon months
and about the other arabic countries they use the western calendar but some of them change the international names of the months to another names

Yes. Western rules O.K.? Only one problem - many countries have adopted USA style dates - as in 9/11 (mm/dd/yy). This can be confusing for Europeans who normally write dates dd/mm/yy.
