It sounds like you're trying to run one subwoofer on each amp. If it's not too late, your best option is to return the two amplifiers and pick up a mono amplifier instead, like a Sony XMD400P5. This would be less expensive, simpler to hook up, and provide more power to the subwoofers.

To run two subs on two amplifiers, you should pick either your front or rear output as a subwoofer output. Most people use the rear output. You will have to use RCA splitters so that this output can provide the same signal to both amplifiers. Follow the instructions for "bridged" amplifier wiring when connecting the subwoofers to the amps.

Check and see if your head unit has dual outputs or a subwoofer out on the back. Run one amp off the regular output and the other amp off the subswoofer or other output. Get a crossover, this will allow you to tune your system for optimum sound. Update: Just checked on panasonic website, you should have dual outputs so RCA cable from one to the first amp and ditto to the second one. Advice still stands on the crossover though.

That is no problem. you can use the rear outputs. you will need a few Y-adapters to split the RCA's to the amps. on the amps turn on the LPF or Low Pass Filters to block out the high and mid-range. then all you will need is a dual amp kit. it is made for two amps and will have a distribution block for the power wire. you will have one power wire coming from the battery to the Distribution block. the block will split the power wire into two power wires or the amps. then just proceed as normal.
