You do actually need certain fats in your diet to stay healthy. Try taking supplements like vitamin E capsules/cod liver oil capsules. Take your vitamin E with a vitamin C capsule, to help your body absorb it better. Sunbeds will dry your skin anyway, so you need to pamper yourself externally too. Wash with a mouisturising shower gel,; slather on something for very dry skin afterwards; moisturise before you get into bed, and keep doing it. Nuts are full of "good "oils, but make sure they are fresh as you can get; so is fish; and extra virgin olive oil as a salad dressing once a day is so good for your skin and your hair.

Drink lots of water & ample moisturise. Also, you could try primrose oil capsules as these are siad to be good for dry skin. Sunbeds are worst thing out for aging & drying your skin out & you will end up with a leathery look to your skin if you keep it up too long
