Are you serious? Definitely NO.

Unmarried couples may not (legally) live together in Saudi Arabia. Even unmarried couples may not travel in the same car. Police often stop vehicles and will arrest both the male and female passengers if they are not related, i.e. husband/wife; brother/sister; daughter/father, etc.

Hotels will not allow couples to share a room unless they can show they are married.

Breaking this law may result in fines/imprisonment/deportation.

Absolutely not. In fact, a woman could get into serious trouble for even being alone with an unrelated man. Also, the Saudis do not give out visas to unmarried couples. For example, if a man is hired for a job in Saudi, he can get a visa for his wife but not a girlfriend.

Can I travel to Saudi with my husband since he is going for work there? If his employer is sponsoring both of us? Or do I have to send him first and wait 90days to go there?

No. It's very strict Muslim country. You and your partner would face jail time if you dared to try it. It's not allowed. Also you'll be subjected to Shariah Laws there.

No way.

However, a workaround could be to "arrange" marriage documents.
