I feel like I am taking a stab in the dark here ...

We are building a little home along the arts and crafts style. We don't have the money to get professionals to do the aesthetics work (terrace ... front porch railings ... window framing and such ...)

Where could I go to find up and coming wood crafters who would like the experience and the opportunity to add to their portfolio for a minimal cost on our part?

Any thoughts? Thanks much!

Try a Technical or vocational school. You pay for the product
they get the practice.

Contact the school and make arrangements to speak to the wood crafting instructor. Good Luck.
