This pimple is different for the reason that when it is squeezed it really is stinky. It has this foul smell to it and it seems to never end when it is squeezed. The white material that comes out of it is not runny nor hard but right in between. I have heard of plasma pimples but am unsure. To provide an example, when I first had it and thought I got rid of it, my wife squeezed it for about 25 minutes and the material kept coming right out. Then there was this pop and I felt my skin burst. Well the burst ended up on my ceiling. I had to go get a lader to wipe it off the ceiling. The core was really hard, rock like, and the rest was like acne but it stunk so bad. Anyone have any ideas what this could be? I just noticed I developed one on the middle of my back and I guess I will be going to the doctor soon.

It is a sebacious cyst. I work for a surgeon and we see patients with these in our office on a weekly basis. They are very common; it's not caused from anything in particular...mostly just bad luck.
Most people think you can just "lance" them to get rid of them. But, you do have to remove the entire cyst wall. We usually put our patient's on an antibiotic regimen for a week to clear up the obvious immediate infection and then have them return so we can excise the entire thing when it's more calmed down. If you only lance it; you leave the cyst wall behind, and it will feel better, but will eventually return.

Sounds like a boil, I lived in mexico for a year and i got one. i scraped my knee then followed some bad advice and showered while the scrape was still fresh.
This pimple, is it like ten times the size of a normal pimple?
was the puss all white or was there a runny green/yellow boogerish color at first? That would be a boil.
The smell you are describing sounds like a blood infection similar to the kind that illicit drug users get by injecting themselves... My brother is a heroin addict and he has gotten pimples that match that description exactly on the inside of his elbow
In any case it's caused by an infection that started out as a normal pimple (because i doubt your shooting up into your back) then spread to your blood,
go to the doctor let them drain it and clean it, get yourself some antibiotics, keep it clean and disinfected and it'll be gone in two weeks at the most. there might be some slight scarring.

Maybe it was a boil. I have heard of boils having a fowl odor. I don't know if it is from sweat glands or what. Yeah, I would go to the doctor just to be safe.

it could be a boil or something i woudl pop it then but vasaline over it very thick then put a big bandage over it after the day is over check on it i would see a doctor,
that sounds like it would of hurt lol.
