Go see a hair dresser and get it done properly. they'll be able to advise tone to suit his skin.

Go for it, hair grows back...
If he gets upset about messing the colour up, he can always lose the emo look for a while and cut his fringe off and allow it to grow back.

I`m going to be honest with you James, otherwise i would be dishonest. I only come here when im bored and look to place funny comments or crack jokes. I`m a bastard. I know it, and i can live with it. So heres my answer.
I had anal with my wife and almost threw up afterwards. You, "guys", not to many women named james out there, like this. If you can endure and enjoy such a sick act, why in the hell would you care what the other deviants hair looks like? Its not like your looking back and saying, "Biff, your hair looks fantastic."

Are you talking about dying the fringe blonde?
If so, then he should go for it.
If he doesn't like it he could always dye it back his natural color.
But i'd be careful if I were him, since bleaching can ruin your hair if not done correct.

well if he wants the emo look then go for it! emos usually have pale skin dont they but blonde and black go quite well and will look very striking
