You can 1. boil water with some eucalyptus leaves in it, and then stay on top of the steam and breath in for a while, it may help.
2. boil some slightly salty water, to disinfect it, let it cool down, and then put a few drops of it with an eyedropper into your nostrils. Let it act for a minue and then blow your nose. The blockage will have become softer. Repeat once more after blowing your nose.
These methods are both natural, and so they are not dangerous. However, if you have blown your nose a lot during the past days, it may have become sensitive to bleeding, and the hot vapour causes blood circulation to increase so there is a chance it may bleed if it is already sensitive. The second method is actually good for sensitive noses, because the salt helps with noses that have the tendency to bleed, so I would prefer the second method.

Drink hot water only whenever you feel thirsty. Avoid milk and other dairy products except curd. Curd however should be warmed up in the microwave for ten seconds before intake. Have well cooked food with sufficient quantities of garlic in it during both lunch and dinner. In three to four days, you should be completely alright.

You probably do not have access to a hospital bed but, raising the head of your bed would help. A humidifier would also help. Drink plenty of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated.
