Antibiotics will kill most of your friendly bacterias in your gut, especially if it is taken over a longer period of time. As we know live yoghurts contain friendly bacteria so you should take more of that than your usual.

Eating yogurt with live bacteria will minimize the harmful effect the antibiotic has on the friendly bacteria in the intestines. Buy yogurt with live and active cultures. Don't buy yogurt if it says "heat treated". Frozen yogurt doesn't contain acidopholus and the other good bacteria.
