I'm 26. Can my diet include a daily boiled egg each morning?

Should I worry about cholesterol or is one egg a day ok for me? I know that my parents shouldn't eat more than 2 eggs per week. Does this apply to us younger people or is 5-7 eggs a week alright?
Also, is it safe for the boiled egg to be soft? I only boil it for 3-4 minutes as I like the yellow part to be soft...

Unless you have bad cholesterol you have nothing to worry about.
I am also 26 and I have a soft boiled egg(yum!) with toast soldiers for breakie every morning.
If your really worried then you could always just have egg whites but what's an egg without the yolk?

yes your diet can include eggs daily, it's just a matter of balancing your exercise with your caloric intake. If soft is the way that you like your eggs and your body doesn't respond adversely to it, then I would say go ahead. Myself on the other hand, i would retch daily as a result of eating soft boiled eggs... to each is own.

you can have soft eggs if they are organic.
and the same eggs you can eat 5 a week.

yes, of course,my grand dad was a poultry farmer and he ate 2 eggs every day of his life, and died at 94 years old.
make sure the hens have been fed on grain and free range, so they can eat grass, then those are the best eggs that you can get.
