Try rubbing some aloe vera on your skin. It helps to cool the burning sensation.

Aloe Vera gell works best for me. Also having a cold shower but not using any shower gel. Try to keep out of the sun until it gets better, ifi t starts to peel or get infected go to your docotors.

some good aloe vera or after sun. also really hydrate your skin with lotion lots of lotion like 2-3 times a day it will help your skin heal.
