I am after a good brand but sensibly priced for the 82sq metre that I have to lay and cut!

The best wetsaws are made by MK, QEP, and Target. I use them a lot with no issues. They will cost you at least $200. Workforce and many others make tabletop wetsaws that sell for a much lower price. If you only have this one job, one of these saws will get you through. Using an inexpensive tile cracker for all your straight cuts will reduce your need for a wetsaw. Sounds like a massive job, have fun.

The DEWALT D24000 is especially good if your after a bit of depth. It's reasonably priced as well.
