Changed into something alot more deeper and meaninful. How do I tell him he turns my world upright and shows me awhole new world of possiblities. He puts the shine in my sun, he puts the stars in the night sky. He makes me feel safe, comfortable. I lurrve how he's so open and honest with me. How we can talk about anything and not judge each other 4 our differences in opinions.
And that I'm in love with him and that I luurrvvee being with him.
Is there a subtle way or do you just come out and say it

The fact that you can share everything with each other is an advantage. you should try to get his opinion on friends that become more. If he is for that then tell him and if he thinks its a bad idea you dont have to tell him your feelings. Sure that is a great friendship but you will never know until you open the lid on what it can be, it can be so much more than what you share now.

I do not know how long you have been going together or your age. Usually men are a lot more cautious with their feelings and emotions and if you tell him this, he might feel pressure and flee. From experience, I think you can feel these things but not say them verbally until he gives an indication he feels the same way. Just be your loving self and show him how you care about him, just don't say the "I love you" until he does. Hope this helps.

YES.. by caring for him, doing things for him etc. Let him know by your actions how much he matters to you. Some things you can do are listed below...
1. Say 'I Love You' at least once a day.
2. Kiss good-bye and hello. Throw in a hug while you're at it.
3. Don't sweat the small stuff. You can let his/her bad habits bother you to distraction... or you can accept them, and work around them.
4. Concentrate on the positive. Instead of thinking about the ways that he lets you down, think of all the positive things he has done.

its obvious that you are in love and understandbly we all have to reach that stage in our relationships. You should go for it and tell him exactly what you just said. Believe me you will feel a lot better wants you have let your feelings out.

I would write him a poem with everythign that you just wrote here. You will definetly fidn out if he likes you or doesn't, and you won't be left wondering or guessing.
