i have cancer in my reproductive system and just had surgery a little over a month ago ..and i have to have another surgery next month and my work requires me to get a tb test once a year

yes there is no reason not to. even if you had a reaction then it wouldnt be a systemic one. If you are still unsure ask your doctor. But i work as a immunizations nurse for the military. basically all day long i do Tb tests and give rabies, smallpox shots like that to soldiers and family and we would still give it to you.

As long as your cancer is not affecting your immune system there is no reason you shouldn't have this test. A TB test is simply looking for antibodies to TB in your blood, and has nothing to do with your reproductive system.
Depending on your treatment, you may have some immunosuppression so it is best to discuss this with your oncologist or your GP before you have the test.

can u give TB test to a patient with active cancer

That is a question you have to ask your doctor.
Different cancers can change the effects of medication, or on tests.
