We're still typing on keyboards to program computers! 60 years with little improvement. There are a few graphic languages, but the coders aren't up for change...

Isn't it time for some Star Trek tech in programming? Like conversational programming? Or basically doing a flowchart with your finger and having the program work? Time to get into the 21st century, folks!

The incandescent (filament) light bulb. Only 10% of the energy it uses produces light. We have LED, Halogen, fluorescent but in many parts of the world, the traditional light bulb is still widely used. I think the electric motor like the combustion engine is largely unchanged too.
