ive been noticing that mall stores dont really have tax lately. you can go to queens center mall in woodhaven or roosevelt field mall in long island. Some places to look for is forever 21, urban outfitters, delias, charlotte russe, etc. there are so many places. you can look up the malls and they'll give you all the stores there

daffy's - 34th st and broadway
modells (sporting) in the same building
forever 21 - accross the street
Manhattan mall - one block down on 33rd st
tj maxx - 18th st and 6th ave
filenes basement - same building
dsw - 14th st and broadway (union square)
filenes basement - the same place
strawberry - same building
