If you are 22 and your weight is 55 with height of 5.1 then i have a suggestion.... Please dont think too much about your external appearance.. its your internal beauty that counts... but healthy body is also important for a person so... dont go on diet... just try to follow my insturctions if you find it comfortable eat lot of fruits like watermelon, grapes, orange, apple, as these fruits are quite less in thier sugar level... and cut down vegetables like potatoes.. eat more of tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, beetroot, carrot... drink lots of water.... and excercise every day for half and hour this is the most important thing... do aerobics if you know it, or yoga it learnt, or go to gym if you have time,,, if not just put some music and do skipping,, dance ,, it think you may like doing this atleast.. as you can enjoy when you dance... or else go cycling.. it is the better and the best is do swimming you can reduce maximum amount of weight... and enjoy what you eat,, please dont listen to these diet gurus and cut down your intake of food,, dont eat outside junk eat healthy home made food.. it really helps and top of all these dont become conscious of your weight and dont expect fast results have patience.... so enjoy what you eat and do that s more important

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Your healthy weight range depends on your height. Body Mass Index (BMI) is a good indicator of your healthy weight range, and is calculated using the formula BMI=your weight in kilograms / your height in meters squared. Umm.. can I see a pic of you so I can throw up? Are you really 55 pounds? Are you alive? Honey, I think you need to talk to a specialist.. this isn't healthy.. think about it.. research on the net what the "average" weight should be for you height and weight and stick to that if you want to.. I can't give you any advice to lose more weight though cause i can't see you!!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Is your weigh due to fat or due to water? Does your weight increase before menses and come down after that? IF yes, it is more due to water retention. IF not, may be fat. Eat more fiber, avoid sugar and sugar containing drinks etc., and avoid refined foods. Do execise regularly. Still if you can't lose weight, seek a doctor's advice.

Eat less carbo and more roughage. Drink only plain water and do exercise. at least 4x a week
