To help myself manage the stress, I did a few things:

- I take vitamin B with vitamin C. Vitamin B complex will feed your brain with the fuel to combat stress. Vitamin C will help your body absorb the vitamin B easily. You will notice your urine is yellowish because most vitamin B is removed from your body. Do not take vitamin B at night because it will keep you awake.

- Take chamomile tea during your break time to calm yourself down.

- Sleep well helps you to handle tomorrow stress better. Melatonin helps you to sleep. Some brand of melatonin comes with chamomile added. Listen to music to help you relax before sleeping.

- Exercise away your stress. You feel stress because of stress hormones in your body. Burn them up through exercise. Simple yoga also help. Vigorous exercise like jogging works better.

Stress is necessarily involved with management of your tasks. So prioritisation is necessary.Arrange tasks in order of importance and then make a priority(write them down for best results).Make sure that "invisible"tasks such as spending time with family/friends is properly taken into account.

Learn yoga, do deep breathing and see whether any particular factor is stressing you and whether you can do something about it. Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, EFT, Aromatherapy...the options are many which can help you deal with stress.
