is there any research about how to reduce protein in shrimp that can make allergic in human?

some people are allergic to shell fish in general not just shrimps. Some people find difficulty in digesting shellfish is this your case. If yes u r allergic hen u should consult alternative chinese medicine to fix the allergy and then u would be able to digest it.

i dont think its the protein your allergic to--its probably the iodine!! how about other seafood. like crab-or anything"pink" in the seafood fam??its the iodine, and unless its not too severe, benadryl will help reduce the reaction, along w/steriods if needed!
