why can i not renew my licence?

i work in a major bar, jst want soom help!!!

What kind of license, and what does working in a major bar have to do with anything? If you mean your driver license, why don't you ask at the DMV what is holding your license, it's pretty simple.

what license? go to the DMV. they should be able to help. any other license, contact the agency.
