Whether a person believes in God or not does not necessarily determine his behaviors. Plenty of believers are rapists and murderers while plenty of atheists are upstanding citizens and vice versa. The thing is that people who are only being "good" because they are afraid of going to hell are in reality not as good as an atheist who is a good person just because they are. So no I wouldn't change a thing but I would be impressed beyond words.

This is based on the assumption that god is a personal male deity who judges our species by our actions, from the simplest gestures to the grandest schemes.
If this type of biblical god were proved real, I'd have a lot of questions. Why did he create evil laws (Bible) to punish adulterers and homosexuals with stoning? Why did he play around with Job and Abraham's lives as though their suffering was meaningless? Why did he allow violence to engulf the world for centuries and his religious believers to suppress science and destroy the library at Alexandria (see Roman history)? What the hell about a fruit is worth punishing women with painful childbirth and humanity with death (see Genesis)?
Why does he let 5,000 children die from starvation every day? Why did he do nothing to stop the genocide of innocent people in Germany and Rwanda? Why does he allow a natural virus to kill millions of people over a few decades (AIDS)?
If you have a god, then you have a force responsible for nature's dark side. Humans are no longer as accountable for our behavior or actions. Instead, we become part of a great cosmic scheme perpetuated by a cruel intelligence.
Understanding that intelligence would be key to breaking the cycle. And if god revealed itself, then I'd have a hell of a lot of questions about why it did morally atrocious things. And God would have to prove why it is worth worshiping by any living thing, including human beings.
From a scientific standpoint, I would love to know if a deity existed, in any form. That would be fantastic and contribute to our understanding of the world. I just don't think it's likely to be a deity involved in our personal affairs, from a specific book in human history. There are too many facets of religion that reflect the culture it was based in. Often, that deity shows the cruelty, misogyny, and non-scientific worldview of its ancient authors. We've grown past ancient religion's close-minded philosophy. So I'm hard pressed to see if this kind of god exists at all.

I don't think that 'God' would reveal 'himself' to me.'He' can reveal himself only if he exists and 'he' doesnot.God is acreation of man's imagination and unreasonable fear and respect of the unknown.Early man used to worship fire. It doesn't mean that fire is 'God'.There is a reason behind everything. So I don't believe in god. This is the 21st century. The age of Science and Technology.
OK, say IF he does reveal himself to me, I would surely change my opinion and become his servant and disciple. But that wont ever happen, because there's no such thing.

i dont see how you can think a dream has brought religion to you. people have many different dreams all the time that are just a reaction to their subconscious thought. by saying that ones dreams can be accessed then you openly admit all sorts of heresy the bible says are untrue. i once had a dream i met my true love, the next day i did not fall in love with anything, nothing having to do with love happened that day at all...dreams are just what they are, dreams

It depends on what he said to me. And what tangible evidence he gave me that I wasn't hallucinating.
And then he and I would enter into negotiations. If he wants my worship, I want something in return. And no mere promise of an afterlife; I expect earthly rewards or the deal is off.

I would immediately start looking for a way to destroy it.
This God thing almost destroyed all life on the planet once and intends by its own admission to do it again.
Something that dangerous must not be allowed to live!

What will you do when you find out there is no god?
I would ask for ID. If he really was god I would judge him, beat the living sh*t out of him for all the trouble he has caused, then send him to hell for eternity.

I was a hardcore non-beliver, and He did reveal Himself to me in my dream. He told me to straighten my life out. So I am still working on it. Pray. Pray about it. Pray with others as well.

If we are non believers, what makes you think just because something appeared in front of us and said it was god, that we would believe it? I for one wouldn't. god does not exist.
