Im going to the dentists today.

If it is infected, can he take it out there and then or will I have to go on anti-biotics first for a few days before he can take it out.

Dont think I can live like this for 2 or 3 more days and I have no good painkillers left.....

If you can hold on until you get to the dentist then you'll be OK. The dentist will know what to do and will certainly take your suffering seriously. If not ask on here again!

Ugh Yeah go to the dentist...The emrgency room will usually give you a painkiller and antibiotic scrip and painkillers to get you through until the infection is gone. They wont pull an infected tooth. Until you get to the ER I would suggest gargling with water and peroxide. Motrin can be good for pain because they sometimes give me Motrin 800 when I have pain (I hate Vicodin, etc..) So you can take that much with a few of 200mg that you can get over the counter. That should get you through until you can get to a professional.

The dentists usually do not pull with an infection, they start you on antibiotics.

However, they should also be able to prescribe you a few days worth of pain relievers, as well.

Go to the dentist. If you need antibiotics, your dentist will also give you something for the pain while you are waiting for the tooth to be pulled.

OMG! Do you really need to ask us what to do? Go see the dentist-asking us won't do anything for you-you need to ask the dentist who is going to treat you what he is going to do, anything else is a guess and doesn't answer your question anyway-GO TO THE DENTIST!! Good luck and hope the pain goes away soon.
