i think. if you like someonedy, youre always aware of where they are, so you notice them being near you a lot more often. nobody on here will be able to tell you if he likes you from description
all i can advise you to do is to talk to him, and see if you get along well enough for anything to happen.

Hmm this is a hard one. You can't really tell. It depends on what type of guy he is. He could be too shy but I wouldn't say he's flirting with you just because he's near you. Why don't you try talking to him, maybe he'll open up more and then it might be easier to tell if he likes you. Good luck!

I think that he is too shy to come and talk to you, If you are interested, then you should not make the first move but give him hints that will make him feel confident enough to come and talk to you without the fear of being rejected.

your the one who can notice if the guy likes you or not cus it is actually depends from the scenario. if he is a shy type guy just afraid to show his motives - nothing good will happen to him. but you know what it is a case to case basis - if you also like the person perse then, do the first move then, everything will follow. wish you luck!

it doesnt mean that a guy likes you if he stays around you... or flirt with you... you would know if a guys like you if he tells you and look in your eyes passionately... you could also tell if he likes you if he protects you in danger.... something like that.... if he is willing to give you everything... well hes totally in love with you.... hehehehe.......
