3The official Halal logo and a Halal Certificate are issued by the Incorporated Trustees of the Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong (The Trustees) after their careful scrutiny of the restaurant environment and the source of
food supply.
4Restaurants obtained the Halal Certificate from The Trustees include Beijing Beef Restaurant, Ebeneezer’s Kebab, Islamic Centre Canteen, Popeye's Chickens and Biscuits, Shaffi's Malik Restaurant.
5Restaurants without such logo or certificate are not considered "Halal" restaurants but simply "restaurants selling halal food".
6Chinese vegetarian restaurants do not serve meat, dairy products or alcohol and may be ideal for Muslim visitors.
