Re-type or Write Down everything
maybe take a Picture....
if you can't copy and paste you pretty much screwed i think.
But hey you might find a easier way, Please don't sit there and re-type or write it.

make pdf file unsecured
Then select all
Copy
Paste into Word

you can try by saving the files without the secured options or you can copy paste or the last option is retype if it is picture use the print screen SysRq at you keyboard.
