I'm really interested in it. Does someone know a good website or book on it and if you know enough can you tell me about it and it's main views. I heard it didn't agree with socialisation.

try this website..I think it will give you a good deal of information...Jan has some good ideas...but take into consideration that you have to invest a lot of time...
