I want to know why people always say marines are so bad and wasters.I met a lovely guy and if time goes by and all is well i want be with him and move to where he is based and have life with him.

I don't know where you are, but I live in San Diego where the Marines train, and they have a different reputation here!
They're known for being responsible and a really good part of the community.
Sometimes when kids join the services right out of high school, it's the first time they've ever had money, from a real full-time job, and they don't know how to manage it. They blow their paychecks and buy dumb stuff. But with time and experience they learn, like everyone else does, just other kids blow their check from Jack in the Box...
Sometimes it's hard on them, being away from family, so they may be more tempted to buy a nice car to feel better. So...a lot of them want to get married and make that family connection again. Married service guys, especially marines, are more likely to be investing in their future and taking care of their family.
Take him to church with you, not to bars, and have fun together

Sure you do it is always good in the beginning but as time goes on and you are left alone day in and day out and you start looking at him different and before you no it 10 years is gone and you feel you have wasted your life and you blame it on him for moving you around so much and the fact that you couldn't make any friends you start to hate him for being a marine.

People stereotype that military men are all the same. Yes some of them have given men from the armed forces a bad name by drinking, sleeping with different women, but your always goining to get a few men like that when in huge groups!!
I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years. He's in the army. We have a beautiful home, he's honest and trustworthy and puts the average bloke to shame.
A lot of people will have different experience with military men, some good some bad, but how can you judge a person by their career??!!!

They are working up holding a pledge to save your country and at lest you can do is remember that, when getting into an relationship with a Marine. You need to do this for love, and love alone. When he out there he is thinking only of you and knowing you are thinking only of him. So do it for love.

Its a myth that marines then to sleep with different women where ever the ship is docked; in other words, no string attached. However, with education on sexual related diseases, I like to believe that there has been a mind change on these marines. Go ahead and work on your relationship.

They aren't. Marines are REAL men. they go through the toughest training. But they are still softies. Don't listen to anyone just listent to your heart.

they say theyre bad because of stereotypes, which everyone knows are bad. if you know this man well enough to fall in love, then you alone will know what course to take. good luck
