As a single guy,is it appropriate to make friends with a married women?i find a co-worker whos fun to talk and hang with but she's married.understand,i strickly just want to be friends.again,is it appropriate???

Of course, it is appropriate; nothing is wrong with it. Every human being deserves to have friends. Being married does not exclude anyone from being human.

Yes, it is appropriate. I have many married friends, both male and female. Most of the time, I become friends to both the wife and the husband, and I joke around with them to make it clear that I am not a threat to either one. I'm usually invited to some of their family functions, like birthday parties of their children. That's about as non-threatening as it gets. But, in your case, I think it's fine in a business setting. We have to get along with everyone in the first place. Since you understand the limitations involved, I'm sure she enjoys your conversations, too, and feels safe.

Keep your friendship at work. Thats fine, but to actually trade numbers and hang out after work can lead into trouble.
