I can be asleep in our room and he'll come upstairs after staying up half of the night and turn the lights on, turn the tv on and walk around like a bull in a china shop. He says 'I can't do anything around here'. He's not working and I'm paying the bills and only ask for consideration. And the sex life is like non-existent too.

Try sitting down and talking to him. If he ignores what you say and continues being inconsiderate, you should just throw him out. You deserve better. And btw if he can't "do anything around" there, tell him to try and get a job to start of with!

Girl you need to dump his *** big time!! He doesnt work or pay bills. He stays up half the night because he doesnt have a job to go to. He's basically a free loader.

give he some of his own medicine, when he's trying to sleep do the same, then he might show a bit more consideration

Oh god! I hate people like this. Just talk to him, tell him that you need your sleep, and could he please be a bit more quiet about it when he comes up to bed!
If not do the same to him when he is sleeping!!

Talk to him about his behaviour and if he is unwilling to make the necessary corrections, dump his ***. But not beforehand.
