What should be done is a man and a woman usually 18 years or older get to know each other "That's called courtship" the reason "courtship" is done is because too many people who really do not know each other jump into sex way too fast and often get STD or their heart broken.
You should date for at the very least 6 months. So after you know someone for a while then you kiss and take if from there it should come naturally and the rest you can read up on in Penthouse & the Joy of Sex book like the rest us us had to do when we were your age..LOL
