They're 245kms north of Perth, straight up the coast towards Geraldton. There are tours everyday. Here's one sight that offers them:

The Pinnacles are around 200km North of Perth. Straight up the coast, not too far from Cevantes. (Great little town. Have crayfish for lunch). There are several tour companies that can get you there. Don't think there are tours "every" day but around 3 - 4 times a week. Checkout www.westernaustralia.com
