The hose is blocked? Or the area that squirts water is crusted over. Does it actually work? Check if water comes out completely from all the areas it should be. If anything isnt squirting the right way, soak it with hot salt water for abotu ten minutes and try again.
If you think a hose is blocked, disconnect the hoses and soak them in a sink full of hot water or use a pipe cleaner to clean the inside until water runs through it all the way.

The float in the fluid bottle is probably stuck or damaged. Try moving it with a long screwdriver gently inside the bottle or remove it from the bottom. It should screw out.
