i am currently a size 3. I would love to be in a size 7 (a 5 would do fine. i have tried eating laying down. opening the fridge and eat everything i see. i even eat like 5 meals a day. can someone please help me

Eat alot of peanut butter, cheese, whole milk, foods high in protein.

Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.

are you a boy or a girl? sometimes there is a difference in how weight is gained.

eat a lot and then work out a lot. you'll build muscle and bulk up more.

work out: muscle weighs more than fat and is good for you. Eat carbohydtrates, too.
