How can Spirituality deal or overcome Fear of Crowds and Crowded places???? It's an anxiety disorder!

Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder which primarily consists of the fear of experiencing a difficult or embarrassing situation from which the sufferer cannot escape.

Agoraphobics may experience severe panic attacks in situations where they feel trapped, insecure, out of control, or too far from their personal comfort zone. In severe cases, an agoraphobic may be confined not only to their home, but to one or two rooms, and they may even become bed-bound, or a recluse.

Agoraphobics are often extremely sensitized to their own bodily sensations, subconsciously over-reacting to perfectly normal events. For example, the exertion involved in climbing a flight of stairs may trigger a full-blown panic attack, because it increases the heartbeat and breathing rate, which the agoraphobic interprets as the start of a panic attack instead of a normal fluctuation.

Cheers!

I suffered with that phobia some years in the past. I have been given into scientific care & found out why I had the fear. That made all of it lots extra handy to understand. My relatives wellbeing practitioner placed me on a low dose of an antidepressant, that have been given rid of my anxities, which made day by day living extra bearable. My agoraphobia stemmed from having to handle lots rigidity(relatives crap, new state, no acquaintances, etc) in my existence & I felt secure interior my homestead, the place i did no longer could cope with anymore outdoors rigidity, so I grew to become a prisoner in my own residence. In scientific care, I found out to bypass outdoors each and every day into the backyard, & in time, i became as quickly as lower back waiting to bypass procuring, etc. Get into scientific care & see approximately being placed on a med that may assist you thru each and every day. I no longer have that phobia, yet i'm nevertheless claustrophobic, which surfaced while the agoraphobia did. My claustrophobia became a results of something that got here approximately in my early teenagers. I purely stay away from circumstances that would heighten the claustrophobia. all the main suitable to you, & wait and notice, as you would be cured, purely supply it time. :)

"It's the silence between the notes that make the music, and it's the space between the bars that hold the tiger". Without space nothing could move and there would be no dance in the Spirit. The movement or dance cause the Spirit great joy. And know it is not the walls that make a room but the space within the walls.

Spirituality is also a form of delusional mental disorder. It usually slows down the recovery of other form of mental disorders because people suffering from delusions tend to believe that what they are experiencing is "god" induced so they are late in getting medical help. In the case of schizophrenic disorders it is a real problem since the untreated disorder can evolve into a full blown mental disease.

My spirituality kept me from seeking help. Professional help that could have spared me a lot of torment and isolation. Instead, I relied on faith and ended up sitting in my living room terrified to leave the house for 3 years. What a collossal waste...

A morbid fear of open spaces (as fear of being caught alone in some public place)

My spirituality comes from God's Holy Scriptures.

Philippians chapter 4 verse 13...

I can do all things thru Christ which strengthens me.

I have three precious things which I hold fast and prize. The first is gentleness; the second is frugality; the third is humility, which keeps me from putting myself before others.

Be gentle, and you can be bold; be frugal, and you can be liberal; avoid putting yourself before others, and you can become a leader of men.

Gentleness brings victory to him who attacks, and safety to him who defends.

Those whom Heaven would save, it fences round with gentleness. The greatest conquerors are those who overcome their enemies without strife.

Divine postures of a true saint
physically, mentally and spiritually are the same.

He only gives, blesses and elevates.
He is a Daata (Giver), bestows physically, mentally and spiritually.

He only gives and never takes.
He never spreads his hand before a mortal being.

He truly gives because
He gives himself away.

He truly gives because
He is the only one who does not seek any return thereof.

He truly gives because
He is to the purpose born.

He truly gives because
He gives life eternal to dead souls.

He does not withhold His grace
from even the non-deserving. He gives to all alike.

He is the True Divine Donor.

O Supreme Person,
