Español estándard

"ch"
ej: coche, muchacho, mucho

"j" (the noise like when you're coughing up hairballs)
ej: pájaro, lejos, gitano

"z" "s" and "c" (sounds like "th")
ej: hacer, zapato, zorro

Andalucía, Cádiz

"ch" becomes the softer "sh"
ej: coshe, mushasho, musho

"j" sound becomes softer, like a soft "h" in English (think of a sigh)

"z" "s" and "c" are pronounced like "s"

They are also famous for their aspiration, or as they say, "Comemos "s"s para almuerzo" (We eat "s"s for lunch).
"Somos buenos" becomes "Jomoj buenoj" (pronouncing the "j" as the English "h".
