I asked a question about saying i love you to someone.......maybe i do love him and i am just not sure of what real love is yet?
How do you know when you love someone, how should that person treat you if you do love them?

It's like the EUREKA moment,it just happens in a second.It isn't like the bells start ringing or the birds start twittering.
I believe we love someone when we don't care for any details about that person(you know, like whether he drives a ferrari or what he does).You just accept the person the way he is---warts,zits and all.You light up when he walks in the room and you laugh at his really poor jokes(like my mom does at my dad's jokes!).
When you do love a person,your love doesn't have to treat you in any special way.Cause you already love the way he treats you,don't you?We often make this mistake of thinking that once we love someone,they'll do anything for us(like stealing the stars,maybe?).But when we start expecting too much,it isn't love anymore,its selfishness.So just relax and enjoy being with the one you love.

First you should ask yourself if what you are feeling is physical, meaning that maybe its just lust. If there is more to it than that, then you should list all reasons on paper why you think that you love this person. Now, after you have done that, answer all those by listing what they have done in return to you in order to show appreciation for those things you have done to show this love.
If you find a ratio of 3 to 1 or greater against you, then I would sugjest that you drop them for three weeks (I mean don't even call them) and see if they come back begging. If they don't then they never really cared, but if they do, you will know if its true love or not when they are saying that they can't live without you. Otherwise drop the jerk and find someone else more deserving.

Good question. Honestly, I think you'll know when you realize that their well-being would come before yours at any extent or whatever situation. Love is also seeing past any mistakes or failures, and knowing that nothing they could possibly do could change your feelings toward them. I love the words to a SCC song that says, "What I really want to say is what the sun would say to the sky, for giving it a place to come alive." I think that's love, when someone brings your life a new meaning, just by being who they are :)

This is a very hard question to answer. Let me begin by answering you second question about how they should treat you. They should NEVER pressure you into doing anything. They should respect you and your decisions. Love and relationships should be taken slowly. Do not Rush. If it is truly love there will be no reason to rush or no pressure. They should not threaten or scare you, or hurt physically or emotionally.
