My ex broke up with me 2 1/2 years ago b/c i moved away for college and he wanted me to have fun and enjoy my college life. Now....he continues to text me and tell me he misses me, loves me etc. but refuses to have sex with me (says he has to be good). do you think he sees a future with me? im so confused b/c i still love him so much but just always act friendly with him. do you think he still loves me and sees a future with me if he is acting this way after 2.5 years? how should i act towards him? should i call or always wait for him?

when a guy really wants you,he will go all out and chase you.. he wont make you do the thinking and puzzle you as to whether he loves you or not... so just be friends with him and tell him that you miss him too.. but don't go over board thinking about what he wants and all that kinda stuff. if he wants you bad then he will even swim the seven seas for you... not sit around playing mind games. so chill and let things happen naturally, and in the mean while if you like some one else go for that guy..coz your ex mus be just indecisive and wants you like around him but is not fully committing to you. keep your ex around in a breezy manner and shift your focus on to a guy who loves you more deeply .

Ask him maybe he has to be good because he has a girlfriend currently and does not want to cheat on her. You will never know for sure if you do not ask. Or maybe it could just be that he respects you or could be he has penile erectile dysfunction. Act natural around him do not make him feel like you only want sex. Go ahead call to say how are you doing a friendly call is not committing either of you to anything.

I certainly would be proud to know this man... he puts a high value on sex and what it means to two people who are in love enough to actually have sex for the right reasons. He has respect for you too---allowing you to go to school and concentrate on good grades and learning..... he might have another girl, now, but whatever the reason he sounds like a nice guy. shouldn't be hard to say Hi and catch up on what's going on around town...and what you have been doing at school--should be real nice and comfortable. theres something else to this picture that we dont know about. i couldnt see what hes holdin back for now. only thing i can come up with is that he doesnt want to get too emotionally attached to you just in case you do find someone else during your time away at school. i think it is sweet that he would let you go so that you could be free to be who you want to be while your at school. however, im curious as to what his real reason is behind that is because that just sound so unusual for a guy to do. he may be seeing someone else and has to be good for that sake. or its what i said previously. he shouldnt be saying he loves you without any future intentions with you.

its not the point of missin u its the point of him having respect for u and ur education he wants u to get ur life stright then get into the love makin act of his like
he might love u and he might see a future cuz not most men will allow there girl/ex get her life stright
act the same way u act because if he loves u u dont want him to stop loving u cuz u changed towards him

this isnt clear - maybe he has someone else but still loves you - when you say "he has to be good" what does this mean ? Perhaps he is not heterosexual, he may not know his sexuality yet, it seems that when someone loves someone they SHOULD want to express it physically. I feel sori for you because this would be so hard for me. I guess maybe you could ask if he is seeing other girls and hint about boys - etc maybe he is bi-sexual - who knows, but it is def not normal behaviour for people your age. if he isn't having sex with you then he respects you, nothing is weird about that. not all guys have to have sex to express their love. maybe he just wants to have a meaningful relationship and maybe he feels that having sex will belittle the meaningfulness of the relationship.

sex they isnt everything but why should he be good?let go of him or get to why he doesnt want sex with you .then move on .
