This info was hard to find.

Waffle Iron:
1869 - Cornelius Swarthout patented the first U.S. waffle iron. This iron sat atop wood or gas stoves. The cast iron plates were joined by a hinge that swiveled in a cast iron collar.
In 1911, General Electric produced its first electric waffle iron.

Blender:
1922 - Stephen J. Poplawski, owner of the Stevens Electric Company, invented the drink mixer in 1922 to make Horlick's malted milk shakes at soda fountains. He also introduced the liquefier blender in 1922

Electric Kettle -
1893 - Carpenter Electric Company (see pdf link in sources)

Sandwich Press -
In 1974 the Breville Toaster was released...this was the first 'popular' and commercial sandwich press...but it seems as though people were toasted and pressing sandwich's earlier than that....but not with an actual manufactured press. Panini's used to be done with two racks in an oven.

I hope all this info finds you well...took me 1/2hr to find it all.
Too bad you can't give me 4 'best answers'...cause it was actually 4 questions....lol....oh well....i hope that helps.
