so this guy at work really likes me and asked me out a couple weeks ago. i said yes but we never really ended up going out because we're both pretty busy. he asked yesterday what days are good and we both agreed friday would be good.
the problem is i have dated this other guy a few times over the past semester and today he asked me to be his gf and i said yes, but we're sort of keeping it quiet for now, but i don't know what to tell the guy from my work. I hear he's kind of sensitive and i don't know what to say and not hurt his feelings.

Tell him that you are sorry that you said you would go out. You think he is really great but an ex came into your life and it wouldn't be fair to him to lead him on...but if things don't work out then you would love to spend time with him...or you can tell him that your ex came back but you would still like to go out as friends and maybe even tell the guy from school what happened and you don't want to hurt the guy at works feelins but your his...good luck

just tell him the truth. Better he knows than to always be wondering what happened in it all. It would also probably help him to reconcile with everything and move on.
Its only fair to him if you just let him know and not try and skirt around the issue.

I say go out with him, get to know about him to improve the friendship but be sure to tell him you can't get serious cause u is in a realtionship
