I seems everybody wants to get a lawyer right away. What's a lawyer going to do?
If you lose the case, who is going to do the time or pay the fine for you, the lawyer??

Unfortunately, many people don't think.
These people would rather go ahead and do something they know is wrong, then blame, possibly sue others for their lack of common sense.
Remember the McDonald's Hot Coffee lawsuit a couple years ago?
A person drinking hot coffee while driving, spills it in their lap. They sue McDonald's and win !!
What kind of common sense is that?
