Not enough information for an accurate reply. The answer depends on where you live and the specifics of the situation. There are some (and I don’t think it’s many) states that will allow a third-party (such as a sibling) to petition for visitation if there was a strong prior relationship/bond. But the siblings have no rights in this situation unless a court grants them, so it will mean going to court (unless whoever has custody of the oldest child is willing to allow visitation on their own). You need to speak with a local attorney.

I understand the part about terminating your parental rights to your oldest son, but am unsure what you mean about the other kids. Is your oldest son living with someone else that you know? His dad, grandmother, aunt, foster care? If you know the people that he is staying with, is there a way that you could call them and ask for a visit between him and your other children? Maybe even call the court where you terminated your rights and see if they can assist you. Just because you terminated your rights, does not mean that his brothers and sisters terminated theirs.

You may have terminated your rights but your other children didn't, it is still your other siblings brother or sister. It is just like if you divorce your childrens father, they still have the right to spend time with the other parent. You just need to organise something where they can see their brother/sister in a neutral place on set occassions, a bit like access visits.

you terminated ur parental rights so you dont have a say in what he does. you can mention to him his siblings would like to be a part of his life and you will do what u can to facilitate that. (offer to drop them off for a visit, tell him he is welcome to come over to visit them anytime) he has no obligation to see him and you cant make him but just let him know he still has siblings that love him and miss him a lot.
