My boyfriend speaks Spanish and he always says romantic things and will call me "flaca" "hermosa" or "mi vida" "mi amor" and I want something to say back to him. What is something cute or really special that I can say in Spanish that will have a lot of meaning?
How does this sound?: "Eres la más guapisímo hombre que yo conozco."

if you want to say "Eres la mas guapa...yo conosco" is not proper as it is written for females. The proper way is "Eres el mas guapo hombre que conosco" but sincerely, I don't find it flattering.
Try this: "Me encantas" (You enchant me)
"Me fascinas" (you fascinate me"
"Tesorito" (reffering as if he is your treasury)
"Corazon" (referring as if he's your heart)
These two last suggestions are ideal for nicknames and denotes how you feel for him. If a hispanic person hears you call your honey something like that, they will know you care greatly. The other ones are ideal as a general comment of appreciation and admiration for your honey.

The right way to write that one is "eres el hombre más guapo que conozco"...
Some other stuff could be:
-Mi precioso (my precious)
-Corazón (the literal translation would be heart, but it can mean something like sweetie or honey)
-Cielo (the literal translation is heaven, but it's almost the same meaning as "corazón").
