I do believe its spelled Predisone or maybe you have a generic. Yes, it is a asthma medication, it is a steroid that does wonders for asthma and upper respiratory problems and It will make you gain weight if the milligram is at least 10 or more and your on it at least a week. You will notice your appetite increases. Hope this helps you.

I think what you mean is Prednisone. It's a corticosteroid immunosuppressant often used for asthma. It's quite effective but quite heavy-duty...

It's Prednisone and it's a cortisteroid used in an inhaler or a spray mist. It helps to open the bronchial tubes so you can breathe better.

Its brand name is Solu-Medrol, and it can be used for all sorts of inflammatory conditions (lungs, joints, organs). It's a potent corticosteroid. It's one of the metabolites (what your body makes out of a drug) of prednisone.

Prednisone is a steroid that has really bad side effects. It's uses are widespread i.e asthma, lupus, IBD, etc. There are books (yes, BOOKS) written about the side effects. ;)
