yes actually, if you freeze things like tomatoes and lettuce, when they thaw, they are going to be soggy, dehydated, and just plain terrible to eat. basically any fruit or vegetable that is very high in water, is not going to take well to freezing, so dont even try doing it to celery. you can try to freeze anything, but don't be surprised if it doesnt come out the way you want it.

Don't freeze lettuce, it comes out looking transparent and limp. Cucumber is the same way. I think any thing that is mostly water can't be frozen because it ends up tasting weird.

You can't freeze tomatoes, apples or bananas. There must be many more.

no i dont think so.
it may change colour or texture buy all can be safley frozen. TO frezze vegs ex asparagus you must boil or steem first.
