It is "Coimheád mé" (pronounced kohv-yed may) as in the verse from Maire Brennan's song "Ageless Messangers" (O aingil coimheád mé - Angels, watch over me - "Oh ong-il kohv-yed may").

Coimheád means to "guard, protect, watch over or attend to." Another phrase using this word is "Coimheád mo chaora, a Thiarna" = "Lord, watch over my sheep."
