My boy friend installed the software that came with his new Wii game system on his computer so He could play games via the internet, now his computer is all messed up... did he get a virus form downlaoding this software? Is there anything he can try to undo the damage to his computer?

The wii game system doesn't have any "software" you load on to your computer... This problem is probably some other issue. Try the system restore and go back to one of the previous dates. If not, go to control panel, add remove programs and see if there are any programs you don't recognize.
