if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it. You have to go to my health abc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Read the book or listen to the audio tapes of "Ultrametabolism: The Simple Plan for Automatic Weight Loss" by Mark Hyman. I'm not a doctor, he is, listen to him.
This book will tell you why counting calories won't work. why carb counting doesnt work, why no-fat diet don't work.
He gives a perfect example of two lab rats sitting in different cages. Rat 1 is free in the cage, has water and lots of food. Rat 2 is tied by the leg and with little food. Eventhough the rat that was tied and struggled to get free and thus exercised more and ate less than Rat1, it was expected for Rat2 to loose more weight than Rat1 because the diet was less food and excercised more. The result was that tied Rat2 gained weight due to stress hormones making the body store more fat. So YOU can excercise and eat less but if you are stressed you will not loose weight, or at least will struggle more. Read the book.
I'm not a doctor but he is. Listen to Him....

Not all diets are going to be effective for everyone. Every person is unique and will require a different diet.

if you have tried that many diets I would think about trying to change your concept of what the purpose of food serves for the human body.
a diet is nothing more than a regular way of eating. so if you have failed at all of these other diets what is the common denominator for failure at this?

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

cereal in the morning, fruits for lunch ,some chocolate in the evening to keep you going and salad for dinner..drink lots of plain water + fruit juice..u'll find the result in 2-3 weeks..
p/s: make sure you exercise at least 3 times a week..10 minutes would be enough..simple push ups..jogging..anything...to make ur body sweat..sex would be great.
