I'd say neither- try "I am looking forward to finding several disadvantages of smoking." The 'on' doesn't fit in the sentence well.

Better would be: "I look forward to find several disadvantages of smoking".

Not "am looking forward", and not "on smoking" but "of smoking".

If you really want "am looking forward" at least change the "on" to an "of".

How about this:

I am looking forward to finding several of the disadvantages of smoking.

"I am looking forward to finding several disadvantages on smoking." sounds correct.

I wouldn't say "I am looking forward to..." How about, "I plan to find many disadvantages of smoking."

If you want to use "I am looking forward to...," Use the second one, but instead of "on smoking" say "of smoking."
