Sushi! I love sushi! I bought myself a sushi cook book and thought it would be cheaper, and easier to make sushi at home...until I realized that you have to take a class to learn how to cut the fish, buy a bamboo mat to roll the fish, keep a steady supply of nori, and invest in a quality fillet knife. *grumble* Guess I'll make friends with the Fred Meyer sushi chefs. *grins*
